"Handy for quick designs and simple posts"
I use PicMonkey mostly when I need to throw together quick creative assets, and it’s been useful. I like that there are plenty of fonts, graphics, textures, and templates, so I’m not staring at a blank page every time. I’ve used it for little social posts, email graphics, and even dressing up a few receipt-style promos for my shop. Some of the designs can start to feel a little repetitive after a while, and I do wish the search worked better, but overall it saves me time and gets the job done for smaller projects.

"Export options feel a bit limited"
I like using it overall, but the export side is where I keep running into little frustrations. The images seem to come out a bit softer after exporting, or at least that’s how it looks to me, and there aren’t a ton of format options to choose from. It’s not a dealbreaker or anything, but yeah... it can be kind of annoying when you’re trying to get a clean final version.

"Support took way too long"
I ran into an issue with my PicMonkey account and reached out to support, but it took ages to get an actual helpful reply. The first response seemed like a copy-paste answer and didn’t solve anything. I had to follow up a couple times, actually, more than a couple, which made it even more annoying. It’s frustrating when you’re paying for a service and just need a simple fix.

"Not really worth the price anymore"
I used to be happy with it, but lately it just feels too expensive for what you actually get. A lot of the basic features now seem to be stuck behind a paywall, and I don’t feel like the overall value is there for me anymore. it left me more disappointed than satisfied

"Pretty easy to get the hang of"
I’m not the best with design tools, like, at all, but picmonkey was easy to figure out. I’d say it took me maybe about an hour or so before I felt mostly comfortable using it. I still kind of click around sometimes to find certain things, but overall, yeah, the learning curve is really not bad.

"Way More Confusing Than It Should Be"
I tried using picmonkey for what I thought would be a super simple edit, like cropping a photo, adjusting the brightness, maybe adding a little text, nothing fancy. But it ended up being way more confusing than I expected. The buttons aren’t very obvious, and I kept clicking around trying to find basic things, like where to resize, where the tools were hiding, how to change something I’d already added, stuff like that. It felt kind of messy and slow, especially if you just want to make a quick change, save it, and move on. Maybe if you use it all the time you get used to it, but for me it was frustrating and not very user-friendly

"Pretty simple to pick up during the free trial"
I tried picmonkey on the free trial it was easy to get the hang of. I was able to make a few social posts quickly without feeling like I had to watch a bunch of tutorials first. If you’re in a group or small business and just need something straightforward for quick graphics, I’d say it’s worth testing out while the trial is available. So far, I’m liking it

"Trying to cancel my account with these..."
Trying to cancel my account with these guys was such a hassle. It felt like they made it way harder than necessary, the whole process was just irritating.

"Pretty handy for quick collages"
From what I remember using it, the app was really easy to figure out and worked well when I just wanted to throw together a quick collage. The only thing that stood out to me was that exporting felt a bit slow at times, but overall it did the job.

"Good App, just a bit Slow sometimes"
I’ve been using this for quick edits on my phone and it’s easy to figure out. It does lag a little here and there though, which can get kinda annoying, but overall it’s a Solid app.

"Editing felt kind of frustrating"
I tried messing around with the photo editing tools, and I don’t know… they just felt limited and a bit laggy. The background remover didn’t really clean things up well, and some of the basic touch-ups made the photos look kind of fake. Maybe I’m just picky, but it ended up being more hassle than it was worth for me

"Pretty slow more often than not"
picmonkey is fine when it’s actually working smoothly, but lately it seems like every time I use it, something is dragging. I’ll assume it’s maybe heavier pages or server stuff, but even basic edits have been lagging for me. A couple times I had to refresh just to get one image saved, which gets old fast. If you’re trying to finish something quickly, it’s kind of frustrating.

"I’d say it works well for simple..."
I’d say it works well for simple backgrounds, maybe most of the time. But when there’s messy hair or weird shadows, I usually have to do a fair bit of cleanup afterward. It’s not bad overall, just probably not quite as clean as I was hoping for

"PicMonkey is fine when it loads the way..."
PicMonkey is fine when it loads the way it’s supposed to. I’ve used it without issues plenty of times, but there have also been moments where it froze up or took forever to save. It’s not a “dealbreaker” for me, just a little annoying when I’m trying to finish something quickly.

"Updates made it harder than it needed to be"
I used to really like PicMonkey for quick little edits, especially when I didn’t want to spend forever figuring things out. But after the newer updates, it feels like everything got shuffled around for no real reason, and a few tools seem noticeably slower than they used to be.
I also can’t help feeling like some features I used before have either been tucked away behind paywalls or made harder to find on purpose. It’s not a terrible site, but it definitely feels like they made it more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Nice font options, just a little slow sometimes"
I mostly use PicMonkey when I need to throw some text onto a quick post or a flyer, nothing too fancy. The font choices are solid, and I like being able to tweak spacing, curve the text, save a style and just... keep moving without overthinking it.

A few of the fonts do start to feel kind of similar after a while, and every now and then things load slower than I’d like. But overall, it works well for what I need, so I keep coming back to it.

"Decent templates, but not always enough"
I’ve used picmonkey a bit, and the templates are easy to mess around with. Some of them look nice, but after a while they kind of start feeling the same, and a few seem a little old-fashioned. It’s fine when I just need to make something quickly, but depending on what I’m working on, it doesn’t always feel like there’s enough there.

"Canceling was way more annoying than it should’ve been"
I signed up just to try it out and then forgot about it for a little while. When I finally went to cancel, the process was confusing and not very clear, and somehow I still ended up getting charged again. Support didn’t really help much either, so I was basically stuck being “patient” while waiting for answers that didn’t solve anything. It feels like they make paying super easy, but stopping is a whole hassle. Definitely not using it again.

"Really helpful for quick social posts"
I’ve been happy with it overall. The tools are easy to use and make putting together quick social posts a lot simpler, which I’m grateful for when I’m short on time. It does load a little slow sometimes, but it still gets the job done.
